How do I order a custom cake, cupcakes, cookies and other treats for my special event?

To make an order, please email Trish@cuteasabuttonbakery.com with the following infomation and we will get back to you with availability and a quote: Date of event, number of servings needed, and any inspiration photos and design details. Please note that messages sent on Friday and the weekend won’t be replied to until Monday as weekends are our busiest time with orders.

Do you offer gluten-free, sugar-free or allergen-free items?

We do not offer these types of items, we can, however, give you local referrals for these types of goods.

If I order one of the subscription boxes, can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?

Yes! If you’ll ve on vacation or just need to skip a month, you can go into your account and postpone your payment to a future month or contact us and we can do it for you. You can also cancel at any time. You can also share your box and we can deliver it to someone else any given month if you’d like, just reach out to us!

Why are class registrations non-refundable?

In-person decorating classes entail preparation of cookies, icing, and other decorating tools for every person registered. There are also only a limited number of seats available for each class. For this reason, if you are unable to attend a class for any reason, a refund will not be given, We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause,but are hopeful you understand.

Do you require a deposit to place an order?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total order is required to be added to our calendar. The balance will then be due at the time of pickup/delivery.

How far out should I book in advance?

Our calendar fills up quickly, especially for weekend orders, so it is suggested that you book your order as soon as you can! We hate to have to say no to orders, but have to often if they are last minute and our calendar is full.

Do you offer a variety of flavors?

We offer lots of delicious flavor options for cakes and cupcakes , fillings and buttercream icings! Please see the Custom Order Page for the list of all that we offer!

Cookies are a vanilla shortbread cookie, with vanilla icing. Clients rave about the taste of our soft-bite cookies so you will be sure to love them as well!
